All orders are shipped via a third party fulfillment provider. This allows me to offer the cheapest shipping price to customers worldwide. All orders are required to be sent with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be prepared and shipped, there may be delays when order volume is high around the winter holidays or highly anticipated releases.
Orders typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive when shipped. These times may be longer during the holidays and due to COVID. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
There are a handful of countries that can no longer be shipped. If you have placed an order to a country that is no longer accepting shipments, we’ll get in contact with you shortly and either 1) refund and cancel your order or 2) hold onto your order and ship it out as soon as shipments to that country resume. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unsure of shipping options.
Pre-orders for EU and UK are unavailable. For all other orders, please head over to my Etsy store.
I am not liable for failed delivery or damage caused by mishandling of the shipping service, nor am I liable for any damage caused after delivery. I work hard to package each order carefully so that it will arrive safely. Please be mindful when reaching out, unfortunately I do not have control of the post and it’s just as disappointing for me to see my work damaged or handled poorly by carriers. With that said, here’s what I can do:
If your item is damaged during shipment I’ll deal with it on a case by case basis. Please use the contact form to give me as much information as you can. You’ll be asked to provide images when I reply so have those handy. If I replace an item you’ll be responsible for shipping costs. I am unable to replace items damaged post-shipping for free.
Sometimes a tarot deck will have misprints, if that’s the case please reach out to me and include images of the problem. I’ll have you return the misprint deck to me and send you a new one. Please note that you have 7 days after receipt of the deck to report any issues or misprints.
Lost or Stolen Orders
If your order is labeled as “Delivered” but has not shown up, first thing to check is your confirmation email to see if your shipping address was entered correctly. I cannot replace an order for free if the address is incorrect.
If your order is returned to me, I will happily forward it to you but ask that you cover the cost of shipping.
If you believe your order was stolen or lost, you need to contact the shipping service directly and you may need to open a claim with them. Unfortunately there’s nothing I can do on my end. I am unable to replace for free any orders that are lost, stolen, or otherwise missing.
Please keep in mind that if an order is missing, you will need to reach out to me within a reasonable time period. If you contact me about a problem more than 30 days after I’ve shipped your order, I am extremely limited in my ability to aid you and will likely not be able to help. Be mindful of these timelines.
As a reminder, be sure to use a reliable email address when you place an order. If there is a problem and I am unable to reach you within a reasonable timeline (30 days) I may cancel your order and refund you minus a restock fee of 20%
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded. Pre-order items cannot be refunded after 30 days upon purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your order number and a photo of the defect if applicable at email@example.com.
I do not currently offer returns. However if there is something wrong with your order please contact me so we can fix it!
For any returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
